This is an outdoor group fitness Boot Camp for women; they specialize in getting rid of all those wobbly bits….you know the ones we mean ladies!!! Their trainers focus on the Terrible 3’s (Bum, Abs & Thighs) ensuring you get maximum results. So no matter what your fitness level, you will see drastic improvements in your overall fitness and your body shape! All classes are tailored for each person’s individual fitness goals. Their workouts are unique and scientifically designed to help you shape up so you can burn fat, tone muscle and increase your fitness FAST.

This program will give you dramatic improvements in your physical well-being and self confidence, as well as increased strength and endurance. You’ll lose inches and have a firmer body whilst also gaining motivation and inspiration from the team environment.

Rest assured, their sessions cater for all shapes and sizes and all fitness levels, plus they include varied, challenging and unique routines that you won’t see anywhere else including Circuit Training, Running, Weight Training, Core Conditioning and Boxing Classes. All you need to bring is a towel, water bottle and a great attitude and they will do the rest.
